( This is for Starless and I only, if you please. ^_^ I owe it to her for being so supportive <3! Edited from the Aka Hoshi version.)
There isn't much one can say about the year of 4000...except if you logged in to a computer terminal and looked up what it had been like years and years ago, things have made a mighty change. For the best, or for the worse, not many people can tell. There is no longer a pollution problem, and there hasn't been war for many years.
Humans have migrated to other planets, discovering other races of people, making peace (believe it or not) and adding new population. Races mingled and became united, and humans started to become more and more less as the other races spread. Like me, for example, I'm a Bastet Kit, a cat-like human. Human body, but with cat ears and a tail. My family are Bastets as well, but there aren't many of the Bastet kind, either. At least, not on this planet.
There are over one million different species of people on Earth, which I find very interesting, but it's almost impossible to get them all down. Unless I get my hands on the new HiTec900 Computer Terminal, haha.
The air is cleaner, a lot less people homeless and poor, the buildings more spacious and advanced. Like Smart Houses, but moderated from the Tech Stations in New York, California, Nevada, and Utah. That way houses wouldn't get out of control and upset whomever may be living there.
Sure, there is still grass and trees, well kept and beautiful by the new fertilizer, which increases the plant growth of grown foods, but at a safe and moderated rate. Security on the smart houses insures safety of the people, and robberies have been reduced to roughly 10%. But that's inside the houses and other buildings...outside is a whole new story.
Sure, there are areas that are also moderated by the Tech Stations, like popular public areas; such as parks and restaurants. But between such places, like alleyways and gangster hideouts, abandoned buildings and useless, run down stations... danger reeks from every square inch. There are many pub areas as well, of which the Tech Stations had long since given up trying to keep an eye on. Even the police don't go there anymore.
But that's where violence and killings frequently happen, day by day. Gangsters rule all of which the Tech Stations do not. I wish I could go down there and help those who are in trouble, or have been dragged down there against their will and by force. I've actually seen this happen, but I was too small to do a thing about it, and the police officer on duty near the alley said there wasn't anything he could do about it...it was out of his control now.
I wonder if there are other people out there like me, who wish to help those whom are in trouble down in those heck-like places...but you'd have to be, like, a Hero to do that!
Kita read her entry over and over again, fixing errors here and there until she thought it was sparkly enough to submit. She hit the 'Enter' key and quirked a smile as the essay was sent. Now she was caught up and ready for Monday!
"Kita, it is now time for your evening meal." a voice filtered in through her concentration, making her blue eyes widen. Kita jumped up in her seat, spinning around in her chair. She released her breath and willed her pounding heart to calm and gave a soft smile, but her voice a bit shaky.
"Mai, you scared me." Kit said softly. MaidBot12, nicknamed Mai for short, was a human look-alike robot, a bit taller than Kit. Her metal-like skin was an interesting combination of a silvery gold, and she had creamy brown eyes and long, silvery hair. She was made to be a slim figure, garbed in a blue dress. Mai had a personality of her own as well, and Kit had actually grown up in her care. One could almost say that these robots were a race of their own these days. At times, Kit forgot that Mai was a robot, but their odd 'skin' color always struck her back to reality.
"I'm sorry Kita, what are you so engrossed in?" Mai asked in her silky voice, peering over the Bastet's shoulder.
"An essay for school, I just finished."
"Very good! Come now, and we'll see what there is in store for this evening." Mai turned around and silently walked out of the open door, and Kita followed after managing to get her long bluish, silvery hair into a ponytail. The white fur of her ears and long tail glistened under the gentle florescent lights of hallway, and Kita paused as they began to walk through the living room.
"My brothers are still gone? And mom?"
"Yes--your brothers are at a friend's house for the night and your mother will be back late. Why, am I bad company?" Mai chuckled from the kitchen, and Kita smiled as she crossed the living room and came to lean on the kitchen counter.
"Of course not! They are just never home anymore,"
"There are plenty of things they could be doing; and so could you, Kita."
"You know what? That is so true. After I eat, I'll go to the park and take a nice stroll."
----
:Location~Payson, Arizona-Central Park:.
The evening was warm, as usual. Kita was full and satisfied, having changed into baggy black pants and a sleeveless dark blue top. Children played on the equipment that stood on loamy sand, surrounded by plush, lovely green grass, their voices cheerful and full of laughter.
Feeling a bit adventurous, Kita wandered off the sidewalk and into the trees, where birds twittered and chirped in harmony. But as she wandered into the second line of trees, the birds suddenly stopped singing, and made a wild dash into the fading sky. Then a loud alarm ignited in the still air, making her jump in fright, the fur on her tail standing on end. Just then a silver, robotic-looking hound leaped from behind a tree a few feet away, snarling at her.
This confused her...Kita had never seen such a robot before, and wondered if it belonged to some gangsters. But this one must have somehow entered the park without being noticed or censored.
Kita froze in fright, heart pounding in her chest. She heard shouts from somewhere behind her, the sound of hurried footfalls coming to be heard by her keen feline ears. The hound snarled, and leaped for her.

(Yay!! *super excited* I missed this bunches! Here I go!) :Location- Midlothian, Virginia: Pushing her glasses up the bridge of her nose she adjusted her arm warmers. The young lady walked out of her house looking up at the cloudless sky without too much to worry about. Pushing her layered hair out of her face only to have it fall back in place she heard someone running behind her. Turning around she saw an older woman running towards her. “Aeya! You forgot your bottled water again!” The older woman’s voice was strained as she slowed down and leaned over gasping for air. The younger girl could have slapped herself in the head. That’s the third time this week I’ve forgotten my water. One of these days I’m just going to dry up! Smiling kindly at her foster mother she gently grabbed the bottle from her hands. Swinging her purse around her hip, she flipped the canvas over before stuffing the water bottle in. Turning her attention back to the weezing woman in front of her she combed back her messy brown hair. “Thanks Mom. I’ll try to stop forgetting it. Otherwise I’ll end up fish jerky.” Aeya’s comment was supposed to be playful but her mother figure did not find it as amusing. Seeing the older woman’s worried expression and sadness fill her eyes she looked away. “It’s ok. I won’t end up like them.” She gave a reassuring smile before pecking her foster mother’s cheek and walking back towards school. *-*-*-*-*-*-*-* It’s weird to think that it is the future. Maybe it’s because I’m so different from everyone else. I’m half mermaid, or what most people here call ‘Unda Anhelo’ or water breathers. My mother was a mermaid and my father was human. I was a result of a twist of fate. I have never met another like me, but my family tells me that there are others like me out there. I’d like to believe them sometimes, but everyday I doubt that there really are.
It’s the future, yet the people that surround me are still very engrossed in legends and tales that were told centuries before. That’s why I hide. The legend of the Unda Anhelo has been twisted into a horrible story, one that doesn’t have a happy ending. Because I am half mermaid I must hide most of the evidence of my birth mother’s traits. Some things I can’t hide are the small scars on my neck from my gills when I enter the water and my webbed fingers. Luckily I can wear arm warmers and certain types of gloves to hide the long scars on my arms from my fins.Aeya looked up when she felt the presence of someone walking up to her. Stuffing her journal underneath her textbook she acted like she was reading the classwork they were assigned. Seeing the young male History student teacher walk up she let a small smile flash across her pale pink lips before looking at him calmly with her sapphire blue eyes. He smiled back before turning away and walking towards another group of students. He was only about four years older than she was, she being in her senior year of high school. The young man had decided to shadow her History teacher, though why he chose this teacher out of the rest of the History department was beyond her. She couldn't remember his name, often not paying attention in class, instead deciding to work ahead. But she did have to admit that he was attractive. His shaggy hair was the same color as her's, an obsidian shade but his had streaks of neon green spread throughout while Aeya had cerulean blue roots. Sighing, she gathered her books together ready to leave and finish her entry at home. She was itching to write a story about the legends that surrounded her life. Finally, the bell rang and grabbing her purse, she ushered herself into the hall with the rest of the eight or nine hundred other kids in her school. I feel like a sardine! They need to expand this school if they're hoping to get more students in the next coming years. Grumbling, Aeya forced her way to her locker. Seconds later she slammed it closed and was about to turn to leave when she noticed something strange. Looking back to her locker door, a chill went down her spine. Carved into the rusty orange paint was the crude picture of a fish being hunted by a stick figure. It means nothing! Just some dumb kids...that's all... Again, she turned to leave, and as she left, her gaze came to rest upon the student teacher from her History class.

Friday's always seemed to be her days of bad luck...and today happened to be a Friday. Kita was lucky enough to be able to get a hold of herself and dodge to the side, but the snarling, mechanical hound launched himself at her again the instant it touched the ground. The Bastet ducked and the hound smacked right into a tree, giving her a few seconds to figure out what to do. She couldn't lead this thing back to the park...and the sound of the footfalls were still too far away to get to her in time! The hound was snarling again, drawing her attention back as it crouched...
...and began to get ripped apart by a sudden torrent of wind that wrapped around it, it's snarls fading to startled yips that were covered by the screech of ripping metal. Kita blinked, just then noticing a human boy emerge from the other side of the tree, his hand outstretched toward the robot as sparks flew. His bangs covered his eyes...who was this boy, how was he doing this?
It was all over just as soon as it begun, and the scraps lay in a mangled pile at the base of the tree. Before Kita or the human could say anything more, a small sphere rose up from rummage, emitting a sudden blast of green light that engulfed the two beings, making them rise into the air. Then, just as the patrol reached the scene with a volley of surprised shouts, the sphere and its captives winked out of sight. ----- Location:: Midlothian, VA
The halls emptied rather quickly around Aeya...and in the sudden silence, a snarling growl echoed about the walls as the sound of mechanic paws pounded on the smooth surface of the floor, skidding around a corner to cut off the girl's escape from the doors that led outside. The hound lashed its metal teeth, then leaped at his target.

Aeya heard the sound of metal hitting the floor somewhere behind her. As she listened to it draw nearer she realized that the sounds were in a particular rhythm. They’re footsteps…but from what? The young woman was still upset over the picture she’d found on her locker, and wasn’t entirely in the mood to investigate. Continuing to get closer to the open double doors, she noticed the metallic noises had become a lot faster, causing a tinge of fear to course through her body and in response, she too increased her pace. Just as she was about to reach the doors, she slid to a stop, and losing her footing fell, barely catching herself with her hands. A large mechanical dog stood before her, baring its metal teeth. Aeya was paralyzed with fear, trapped, with nowhere to turn. She watched with wide beryl colored eyes as the dog leapt at her. Without even processing what she was doing, the girl scuttled off to the side and ran down the hallway nearest her. Entering an empty room, she closed the closed and leaned up against it, trying to maintain a calmer level of breathing while also listening for the footsteps of the mechanical dog. As the silence continued on, her eyes became weary and she felt herself drifting off.

He switched off the ignition of the motorcycle and pulled the helmet off his head. Shaking his head around in an attempt to get rid of helmet hair he heard the high pitched squeal of a girl. A smile crept onto his lips as he looked over to the owner of the voice. A small girl of seven or eight stood a short distance off, a small backpack on her back. As he walked closer to her, he kneeled and she ran into his arms, wrapping her thin arms around his neck.
“Brofa! Yewr hoooooome!” A large smile on her face exposed a couple missing teeth. The young man only smiled and carried the small child into the tall apartment building. Looking over his shoulder, a feeling of uneasiness passed over him for a split second before he continued on.

The hound was quick to pursue, but ended up slamming into the door. With an audible huff it settled down into a crouch, it's sensors locked in to the girl on the other side. If he just waited...there, he detected that her heart rate had lowered and the rhythm of her breathing slow...she must have drowsed off. With a slight creak of his circuits from gathering energy from the electrons in the air around him, he crashed into the door with such force that splinters from the hard wood shattered off, both on his side and where the girl was.
Just as he was about to do it again, with the knowledge that it would finally cave in, there was a bang, like thunder crashing down to earth.
The boy responsible winced, shaking his hand as if to cool it off. He could tell his short black hair would be standing on end...he nudged the limp form of the hound with his foot, but it didn't move. Such an electrical charge would have messed with all the particles and mechanics.
"Aeya! Aeya? Are you alright? It's okay, I...uh, defeated it." Mikke was one of the only people, it seemed, who offered a kind word to the girl every so often. They were alike in the ways of being different--he had decently-sized, white-feathery wings that always seemed fluffed up, as was his hair...which was a large difference amongst those of the school, who had mostly humans in it. Mikke had never been able to tell anybody about his electrical 'powers'...but this had been an emergency. As the boy waited for the girl to come out, he knelt next to the short-circuited beast. These kind of robots were only seen among the gangsters...but not this well made.

Location: Midlothian
A beam of green light spilled to the earth behind the boy who carried his little sister, depositing a rather large and burley mechanical hound. It howled a eery note before charging forward, snarling in eagerness to pounce upon his prey.
(Your character here can either know of his power or discover it by accident, and destroy the hound. That way the transporter can activate, and we can get this show on the road >:3! You can introduce as many characters as you feel able!)

Aeya screamed when the large mechanical dog tried to break in through the wood door. Pieces of wood flew across the room, Aeya trying her best to protect herself from it by covering her head and crawling to the other side of the room. Silence ensued for a couple more seconds before she heard a loud crack of what sounded like thunder. After that, silence continued on, the young mermaid could feel the hair on her skin raise because of some sort of electricity in the air. She remained where she was, terror still gripping her legs from being useful, her arms still around her head in a protective manner.
She was almost on the verge of tears when she heard someone call her name. Peeking out from between her arms, she looked towards the door, not sure what to do. When she heard the voice again, she recognized who it was. Jumping up, a surge of relief flooded through her body.
“M-mikke?!” Her voice was shaky as she called out his name, she was slowly working her way to the door, unsure of how she’d be able to get the nearly destroyed thing open. Touching the handle she quickly withdrew her hand. Shaking her hand she stared at the handle shocked, it was burning hot. Must have been because of that strange electrical charge. Determined to reach Mikke, she shoved her shoulder into the door and stepped back surprised to find it crumble. Looking at it, her sapphire eyes widened. It was burned…that electric charge must have been incredibly strong! Stepping through the doorway she approached the young boy in front of her, his black hair covering his face as he kneeled to examine the remains of the dog. Aeya kneeled next to him, a farther distance away, still fearful of the mechanical canine.
---------------------
Location: Elsewhere in Midlothian
The hair on the back of his neck rose as the earsplitting howl reached his ears from somewhere close behind him. Whipping around, he narrowed his emerald eyes at the sight of the large metallic hound standing only a couple yards away. Placing his whimpering sister behind him, he got ready to fight, though he truly wished to avoid it.
“Tara, go to the apartment now, I have to take care of some things. Do not open the door to anyone except me, okay?” The young child only stared at the dog until her older brother barked her name and she turned to run. When the young man lost the sound of his little sister’s running footsteps he walked cautiously closer to the hound.
When he heard the dog starting to snarl, he knew that it was about to attack. Deciding it was better to be the first to strike he held up his hand, palm out to the canine before lifting his hand in one swift movement with his fingers coming together above. The dog was frozen in its steps, almost as if time had stopped. Speedily he ran up to it and holding a fist back punched it with an enormous amount of strength. Seconds later the dog collapsed to pieces on the ground, the sizzle and smell of burned wire reaching his nose. Sighing he quickly made his way to the dog’s side. What is this? And why in the world was it after me. Scratch that, I really want to know where this stupid thing came from. A frown rested on his lips as he carefully pulled away pieces of the mechanical dog to see more.
(Yay! I think this is coming along a lot better than before! *super excited* ^_^

(It really is! Easier with just two people role playing it, too! :3!)
Mikke smiled shyly at the half-mermaid, nervous about having to tell her about his secret now. But she deserved to hear it, and--"Hey, watch out!" he was suddenly by her side, his wings slightly wrapping around them as a sphere-like object rose out of the mech canine. However, whatever else that may have been said was forgotten as a beam of transparent green light spilled onto them, and all three of them winked out of sight just as some teachers burst around the corner to see what all the commotion was.
----- Elsewhere
The sphere within the mechanical hound was activated, and rose slowly from the remain with an odd crackling noise. However, before the boy could react, he was swept up in a green beam of light, and within the next nanosecond...they were gone.
Location:: Zen-E5 Space Station
The first to appear in the large cargo bay was the human and Bastet Kit, where they were deposited at least five feet above the floor. They landed in a heap, Kita losing her breath as the boy was plopped onto her.
"Sorry," the boy said softly as he got off of her, and without asking, scooped the kit up and but her onto her feet. Kita pushed her hair away from her eyes and glanced around quickly, glaring up at the sphere as it zoomed out of reach near the ceiling.
"Where the heck are we? What's going on? What the--HEY!" Kita all but screeched as the boy suddenly wrapped his arms around her, pulling her out of the way as another sphere appeared, depositing two more figures onto the very spot where they had just been standing.
Mikke, to his relief, had the mermaid girl on top of him as they landed. Kita cleared her throat, and the boy who was still holding her quickly let go. The Bastet Kit slowly approached the other two, but making sure not to statle them.
"H-hey...don't be to alarmed, okay? We aren't going to harm you...a sphere-thing dropped us off, too."
Just then another arrived, but further off and higher up--it dropped its catch with no conern for how the boy would land and joined the other spheres at the ceiling.
Mikke helped his friend to a sitting position, shuffling his wings. From the looks of things...everyone here had been kidnapped.

Location:: Zen-E5 Space StationThe last thing Aeya remembered was Mikke calling out for her to watch out, before he rushed to her side with wings wrapped around them. She didn’t even have time to react before she saw the green light. And everything seemed to draw a blank after that. She had no idea how long she’d been out, but when she woke up she found herself on top of something soft and warm, although she was in a rather uncomfortable position. Looking beneath her, she was shocked to find that she was lying on top of Mikke. Quickly she tried to get off him as fast as possible, embarrassed to have been caught in such a position. It was then she noticed the others that were approaching them. A Bastet and what appeared to be a human were cautiously walking over to them, and at first Aeya wasn’t sure what they were up too. After hearing the female Bastet speak she turned her attention around when another strange green sphere entered the prison like chamber. It stopped a few feet away, and opening dropped a figure. Unable to catch a glimpse of the new arrival’s face she got to her feet and turned to help Mikke to his. The new arrival seemed to be the only one capable of landing on his feet after the sphere had abruptly dropped them off. He stood kneeling for a couple seconds before standing up and brushing his auburn hair away from his face. Hearing noises, he turned to find a small group of people approaching him. His body became rigid, ready to fight if need be, until he saw the one human looking girl with black hair. His body language immediately changed. It was then that Aeya recognized who it was. A smile spread across her features. “Meive!” Her voice echoed against the walls of their holding place as she quickly ran up to the older man and threw her arms around his neck. After a brief hug, they let go and turned to face the rest of the group. The gravity of the situation taking affect over their temporary release of happiness. Aeya figured she would be the first one to try and break the ice, looking over to Mikke and back at Meive for reassurance. “I suppose the only thing we can do now is introduce ourselves. My name is Aenxye, but just call me Aeya.” (It is much easier with only two. lol. Now it begins! )

Mikke nodded over to Meive, absently brushing off the front of his shirt. None of this felt right...
"And I'm Mikke," he said, coming to stand by the other two people and watching the Bastet and Human. The Kit tried to smile...but the atmosphere was tensed.
"I'm Kita," she looked pointedly at the silent boy, his eyes still partially hidden by his long bangs.
"Raz." was all he said before stalking off to view the premises. Kita shook her head. What an...oddball.

"They are all here and accounted for, sir." The black-haired woman, Lila, said to a man who stood behind her chair.
"Did they all show their powers?"
"No, the girls did not. But you were right--the boys' already know how to use theirs."
"Hmm, I see. Good work! Transmit."
"Yes, sir."

Before the occupants of the cargo bay flickered an full-body image of an important-looking, red-hair man in an impressive uniform.
"Welcome, guests, to the Rebel Zen-E5 Space Station!"

“The name’s Meive as you’ve already found out.” Looking quickly to the young woman standing next to him. The area around them was tense, as well as flooded with confusion. It seemed that none of them knew why they were here, or what for, for that matter. This can only get worse it seems. I need to find a way out of here, Tara’s going to keep herself locked in the apartment until the police break the door down. I need to get back now. His anger was building, he didn’t like being forced to leave his little sister alone, especially after she’d been so scared by the large mechanical dog.
Aeya nodded her head kindly to her new acquaintances, feeling a little bit more comfortable in their presence now that slight introductions had taken place. After that, she had no idea what to do next, the one kid she now knew as Raz had silently walked off after announcing his name, leaving the other four to sort of stand there shuffling their feet. Just as Aeya was about to speak a holographic man appeared a short distance in front of them. He wore a nice uniform, obviously showing off his status in where ever they were. Aeya could feel something wasn’t right about this, about him either. When he greeted them, it took all her energy not to shiver. His words were strange and she was confused. Before she had a chance to speak, Meive stepped forward, his hands balled into fists at his side.
“What do you want with us? You can’t just take us out of our homes without permission, especially since some of us have others to take care of.” He spoke with a frustrated tone, almost as if he was scolding a child. Aeya could feel the hair on her neck rise, she absolutely hated confrontation, but she could do nothing, she felt useless. Like usual.

The man smiled, despite the obvious anger that was mentally being pelted into him.
"Actually, I just did, so it is indeed do-able, yes? Do not worry, messages are being dispatched to your caretakers at this very moment. Yes, you have all been taken by force...because otherwise, we would have not been able to get you to come." his eyes were suddenly sad. "You see, the government does not trust our actions and has labeled us as Rebels. However, we have discovered a...'great evil', I suppose you could say...that can only be stopped by your particular and unique gifts. I suppose you could think of this as some kind of book or video game."
Raz was glaring (as far as anyone could tell) at the holographic image, his hands twitching, as if he wished to tear him to pieces, too. Kita was rather unfazed, her arms loosely crossed as she listened. Mikke was attentive and serious, trying to understand what thsi guy was getting at...

Meive grinded his teeth, clenching his jaw to refrain from a string of unpleasant insults he was prepared to spit out at the holographic man in front of him. Aeya noticed the way Meive was trying to hold himself back from pummeling the hologram and not wanting things to get even worse, she went up to the older boy’s side and placed a hand on his arm gently. The contact seemed to surprise and calm Meive down, he looked down at the obsidian haired girl next to him, she was staring forward at the uniformed image.
“Ok, so you obviously can kidnap us, now since you have rubbed that into our faces, I think it’s only fair for you to elaborate on what it is that you want from us exactly as well as what is going on in full detail,” Pausing for a couple seconds, she narrowed her sapphire eyes, the fear from earlier gone. She didn’t want to be here, and she wasn’t going to let these people have their way with them, especially without their consent, “And what are these ‘unique gifts’ you’re talking about?” Finishing she pushed her glasses farther up the bridge of her nose the young girl was determined to get answers. Might as well, I’ve got nothing else to do, since I’m trapped here against my will.

The man made as if to speak, but a pretty lady with long, curly black hair stepped up next to him, wearing a similar uniform, but one that was more cut to her slim figure. She seemed irritated as she gently pushed the commander out of hologram.
"Sir, you are going about this all wrong." Her peaceful green eyes swept over the teens before she smiled, ignoring the mumbles of the commander off screen. "You know what? I'll come see you all personally."
"No! Are you kiding? Those kids could tear you limb from li--"
The man's voice was cut off as the woman stepped out of the picture.
Kita, though, was impressed by this woman. Even in the hologram, she had a much more trusting feeling to her than the other man had. And she was willing to come see them personally, rather than cower behind a projection of her image.
"Raz. Don't even. You, too." she said softly to the two taller boys. Mikke didn't seem as if he'd attack her, so she didn't include him on the warning. Raz shot a glance at her (once again, where the heck were his eyes?), but it was obvious he wasn't going to take to her word...and something about his stance warned Kita to not try and restrain him.
---
Lila was determined as she walked down the hall, her boots making a soft and steady tapping noise. The commander had to run to catch up to her, flustered.
"Excuse me, I rank higher than you!"
"And?"
"I order you not to go in there!"
"Or else...?"
Ger grit his teeth, getting more and more frustrated. This woman didn't skip a beat... "They'll kill you, Lila, if they are angry enough, or force to to give them answers or use you to ransom their escape."
"I will be giving them all the answers that I know of, sir."
"Lila--!"
Without pausing in her determined stride, Lila knocked the man off his mental feet. "You are impressive when it comes to helping the Captain, sir. But your skills lack in nearly all forms of communication. All you are doing is angering those teenagers, and we need their help. It was reckless of you to force them to come like this!" Her tone was like acid and promised no room for argument, and Ger stopped in his tracks, took stunned to continue his useless volley of words. He couldn't help but feel...stung. Ooh, if he had his way, he would jettison her right out of the station!
-----
Though one couldn't see it in the cargo bay, a door slid open as Lila entered, and it shut very quickly behind her. A surprised gasp escaped her lungs as she was grabbed and forced up against the wall by a boy with soft, thin bangs covering his eyes. Raz did not hold her by the throat--yet--but had her pinned by her shoulders. Lila did not struggle...she had been expecting this.
"You are the one who sent those canine robots after us?" a soft but dangerous voice said, and Lila was partially surprised to hear that his voice haunted more about her mind than it did her ears.
"Yes."
"...Who ordered you to do it,"
"I am not at liberty to expose that...I'm sure you understand, Raziel." The boy sunk into contemplative silence, she Lila looked around the tall boy to Aeya, ignoring the growing pain in her shoulders.
"Those unique gifts saved you and Kita. Mikke there can 'control' electricity...the hounds were meant to 'surprise' your dormant powers into life, but it obviously did not work."

Aeya watched a lovely young woman make her way onto the hologram, it would have been mildly amusing to watch her interaction with the man had their situation been better. It surprised the half-mermaid that the uniform clad woman had decided upon coming to see them personally. The hologram disappeared, and Aeya turned to look at Meive, wondering if he would do anything upon her arrival. Nervously she fidgeted with her arm warmers, their blue and black striped design reaching up to her upper arm. It matched with her all black v-cut shirt. She watched as Kita, the Bastet spoke to the two of the three taller boys. Raz seemed to disregard her words, and Meive took note of them in his mind. He seemed to be calmer than before, although whether or not he was still ready to fight was something else.
Glancing over to Mikke, Aeya felt compelled to go over and try to talk, seeing as though he had barely spoken a word the entire time. But what do I say…is there really anything to say? We’ve been kidnapped by a group of lunatics, now we’re trapped in outer space. Sighing, the young woman decided to remain where she was instead. Just then, the door opened, and before anyone had a chance to react, Raz had pinned the older woman against the wall. Aeya stood there shocked, as well as fearful that the youth would do something stupid. Time seemed to freeze for a couple seconds, as she listened to the words that passed between the two. Finally, the curly ebony haired woman looked passed the boy pinning her, directly at the half-mermaid. When she spoke of Mikke’s power to control electricity, things seemed to fit together in her mind. That’s where the strange electric current came from then… Wide eyed, she looked at the taller boy nearby, dumbfounded, as well as feeling sort of dumb for never having known about his ‘unique power’. When the second bit of information sunk into her thoughts, and not biting her tongue fast enough she let the sarcastic reply, “Obviously” slip.
The only thing Meive could do was stand there, the younger boy Raz had already done what he’d been thinking. As much as he wanted to become involved, he felt that it would remain in everyone’s best interest to stay silent. He was still outraged, but after Aeya’s silent plea, he’d calmed down, enough to control his actions at least. All he could do now was wait, and listen to what the woman had to say.

Lila just smiled at girl, then suddenly frowned in concern. "I'm sorry, I should have brought some water with me...your pack and the water was lost during transporting you here." her attention fixed back to Raz, and she slightly winced. "If you insist on breaking my shoulders, I advise you get it over with."
Raz was furious, and it suddenly became clear why. "That hound that was sent after me...it killed my little brother!"
"...I...I didn't know that, I wasn't the one to send the first hound..."
"I pursued it into the park forest, and saved that Bastet girl. She is here by mistake...but tell me, who was in command of the dog!" When Lila didn't answer, Raz's anger got the better of him and he literally threw the woman down onto the floor and turned his back to everyone, taking deep breaths to cool his anger.
Lila managed to get herself up into a sitting position, and tapped a band that clung to her left wrist.
"Ger! Why in the he--"
"Don't ask me! I was unaware of this too, you know."
"Inform the captain of it. Now."
"You can't command me--!"
"Like heck I can, I'm his daughter for star's sake!" Lila tapped it again, and sighed heavily. Kita was stunned, not even being able to follow her instinct to help the woman back to her feet. She was here by...accident? "Please, if you all would cooperate with me and allow me to show you why you are all here...I'll be able to give you the chance to go back." Lila said softly.
